Financial Accounting (traditional accounting)

This service consists in performing typical actions connected with business activity accounting.

You provide us with documents, checked for factual correctness, with descriptions and stamps (we determine adequate descriptions at a training and informational meeting). Then we verify these documents from formal, legal and accounting perspective. In the next step we input the documents to registers required under applicable regulations, post on adequate accounts in conformity with the chart of accounts applicable at your company and with the accounting policy. We verify and adapt the chart of accounts to the needs of your company, so that posted documents enable obtaining necessary information.

As part of that service we keep business records, records for VAT purposes, records for income tax purposes, fixed assets register – balance sheet and tax variant, intangible assets register – balance sheet and tax variant. We prepare and electronically send returns to the Tax Office, the Statistical Office and reports to the National Bank of Poland (NBP), as well as Intrastat declarations. We prepare additional reports necessary for the company, e.g. a summary of payables, a summary of receivables, we analyse overdue receivables, on behalf of the client we send demands for payment. We cooperate with the legal department by continuously monitoring the incoming of overdue payments.

We also represent the client in course of tax audits before a Tax Office. We prepare annual financial statements. We help to prepare Directors’ report, resolutions and minutes in conformity with the Code of Commercial Companies and Partnerships (KSH). We cooperate with auditors during balance sheet audits, relieving the client, to the extent possible, from work connected with auditing the annual financial statement.
