As part of that service we offer two options to choose from. The first option consists in working at the client’s seat, if there is a possibility to provide a secured room, which enables keeping employees’ documents in a manner that prevents third party access.


Another option – we work at our office, we visit the company on designated days, when we meet employees (duty hours), to provide necessary documents (such as, for example, certificates, employment contracts, monthly pay slips).


You keep working time records, on the basis of which we prepare payrolls, summaries of holiday leaves, sick leaves or other absences. We prepare monthly statistics necessary for analyses.


On the basis of data you provide we prepare employment contracts, civil law agreements, certificates, employment certificates, payrolls, holiday leave records, absence records.


We keep employment records and registries of civil law agreements.


HR and pay documentation may be kept at your company in a designated, secure place or at our office.
